Mahjong Wins Super Scatter: 2,000 Ways, 10x Multipliers, and 100,000x Max Win

Mahjong Wins Super Scatter is a high-volatility online slot developed by Pragmatic Play, featuring up to 2,000 ways to win, tumbling wins, transforming Golden Symbols, Free Spins, increasing multipliers, and the headline Super Scatter mechanic capable of awarding up to 100,000x the bet. Pragmatic Play confirms these core mechanics on its official game page.

It is currently available for licensed play on 789Bingo, a safe and secure PAGCOR-regulated platform where more games and more rewards meet a commitment to fair play and responsible gaming.

Mahjong Wins Super Scatter: Game Learning Guide

Developed by Pragmatic Play, Mahjong Wins Super Scatter takes inspiration from traditional mahjong tiles but builds its gameplay around a modern ways-to-win system rather than conventional paylines.

The game uses five reels with a variable 4-5-5-5-4 arrangement, producing up to 2,000 ways to win. Matching symbols across adjacent reels can form winning combinations, after which the winning symbols disappear and new ones tumble into their positions.

The tumble system is especially important because consecutive winning tumbles increase the active multiplier. During the base game, this multiplier can climb up to 5x.

Another distinctive feature involves Golden Symbols. On any base-game spin, paying symbols on reels 2, 3, and 4 can randomly receive a gold marking. When one of these Golden Symbols participates in a winning combination, it disappears and leaves a Wild behind for the following tumble.

The biggest difference between this title and a standard mahjong-themed slot is its Super Scatter mechanic. When the bonus is triggered with Super Scatters, the game can award instant prizes ranging from 50x to 100,000x the bet.

5. Winning symbols disappear through the Tumble mechanic, allowing new symbols to enter the grid.

6. Consecutive winning tumbles increase the base-game multiplier, reaching as high as 5x.

7. Watch for Golden Symbols on reels 2–4. A winning Golden Symbol leaves a Wild behind for the next tumble.

8. Land 3 or more Scatter symbols to trigger the Free Spins feature.

Winning Secrets Guide

Use the Tumble Multiplier as the Main Mechanic

A single initial win is only part of the game's potential. Consecutive tumbles can push the multiplier progressively higher, so longer tumble sequences are where the mechanic becomes more valuable.

Understand Golden Symbol Transformations

Golden Symbols do not simply provide an instant multiplier. When a Golden Symbol participates in a win, it leaves a Wild behind, potentially helping the next tumble form another combination. This is particularly important during Free Spins.

Know What Super Scatters Actually Pay

When the bonus is triggered, Pragmatic Play lists the following Super Scatter prizes:

These awards are tied to Super Scatters appearing as part of the qualifying bonus trigger.

Treat Bonus Buy as a Higher-Cost Route

Where Bonus Buy is enabled, it provides faster access to the bonus but does not turn the game into a guaranteed profit opportunity. The cost should be considered part of the player's bankroll before activating it.

Plan for High Volatility

Mahjong Wins Super Scatter is generally classified as high volatility, so bankroll and session limits matter more than trying to predict when a large win will occur.
