Infinite Free Bet Blackjack by Evolution changes two different parts of live blackjack at once. The Infinite system removes the normal seat limit by giving every participant the same initial two-card hand, while Free Bet rules let qualifying doubles and splits use house-funded additional stakes.

Those benefits come with an important trade-off. When the dealer finishes on 22, surviving ordinary player hands push instead of receiving the win they would normally get from a dealer bust. Evolution’s published Free Bet material treats that rule as the counterweight to the free wagers.

How Free Bets and the Dealer-22 Push Rule Work Together

Quick Stats: Evolution live blackjack | Eight decks | Free Double on hard 9, 10 and 11

The Infinite format is designed to remove the conventional fixed-seat limitation, allowing many players to participate in the same round. Everyone begins from the same live-dealt two-card starting hand.

After that common deal, the software allows each player to make independent decisions and receive individual virtual continuation cards. Two people can therefore start with exactly the same 15, for example, but one might Hit while another Stands and they can finish with completely different results. The Free Bet layer then adds two special options: Free Double on eligible hard totals; Free Split on eligible pairs.

The player does not supply the extra matching stake on those qualifying actions. The trade is the Push 22 rule: dealer reaches 22 → surviving ordinary hands push instead of win. That is the core mechanic around which this page should be built.

Evolution’s Infinite Blackjack factsheet lists the Free Bet main wager at 98.45% optimal theoretical payout, based on the first hand in the shoe. The same document lists 99.47% for regular Infinite Blackjack and 98.80% for Power Blackjack, which shows that the 98.45% figure belongs specifically to the Free Bet ruleset rather than all Infinite tables. There is a configuration caveat.

A newer operator-hosted Infinite Free Bet rule document currently publishes 99.25% for its blackjack wager and uses slightly different side-bet names and paytables. That conflict suggests operator or jurisdiction-specific deployment differences.

For the 789Bingo page, the strongest editorial treatment is Evolution published Free Bet RTP: 98.45% with a final check against the live 789Bingo Help/Rules panel before publication. Do not silently substitute 99.25% unless that is what the deployed table itself shows.

Free Double Adds a House-Funded Second Unit

A normal Double Down requires the player to add another wager equal to the original stake and then receive exactly one additional card. Free Double changes who supplies that second unit. Evolution offers it when the player’s initial two-card hand is a hard 9, hard 10 or hard 11.

Suppose the opening wager is ₱100,  and the hand is 6 + 5 = hard 11. A normal Double Down would require another ₱100 from the player. Free Double instead adds a ₱100 Free Bet beside the original wager.

The hand then receives one additional card. If the doubled hand wins, the Free Bet produces winnings equivalent to that additional stake, but the house-funded chip itself is not returned as player principal. If the hand loses, the player loses only the original cash stake.

The Free Bet portion was never taken from the player’s balance. This is why calling Free Double merely a “2x payout” is incomplete. It changes the player’s capital at risk.

Free Split Creates a Second Hand Without a Second Cash Stake

The same principle applies to eligible pairs. Evolution’s Free Bet materials state that qualifying pairs receive a Free Split, with 10-value pairs excluded from the free offer. Suppose: Original hand: 8 + 8, Main wager: ₱100.

A conventional split would normally require another ₱100 to create the second hand. With Free Split:

    • the original ₱100 stays with one hand;
    • a house-funded Free Bet of equivalent value goes onto the second.

The two hands then play separately. If the Free Bet hand loses, the player has not lost a second cash stake. If it wins, the free portion generates its corresponding winnings.

That makes the Free Split materially different from simply being “allowed to split.” The distinction is ordinary split = player funds both hands. Free Split = player funds one hand, house funds the qualifying second wager.

    Ten-Value Pairs Are Not Free

The exclusion is important. Evolution describes the Free Split as applying to pairs except 10-value cards, including 10s, Jacks, Queens and Kings. So, 8 + 8 can qualify for a Free Split. A + A can qualify. But, K + K does not receive the house-funded second stake.

That does not mean every deployment forbids an ordinary paid split of 10-value pairs. It means those hands do not receive the Free Split benefit. The deployed 789Bingo rules panel should govern any table-specific paid-split details.

Push 22 Is the Price of the Free-Bet Mechanic

In standard blackjack, a dealer total above 21 normally means surviving player hands win. Infinite Free Bet Blackjack creates one exception: dealer total = exactly 22.

When that happens, surviving ordinary hands push and their original stakes are returned instead of receiving normal win payouts. Example: Player = 19; Dealer = 22; At a conventional blackjack table: Player wins; Under Free Bet Blackjack: Push. That rule is mathematically important because it converts some dealer busts that would normally pay the player into neutral outcomes.

A player bust still loses first

Push 22 does not rescue a hand that already exceeded 21. If the player busts before the dealer reaches 22, that player hand has already lost. The later dealer result does not turn it into a push.

That order of settlement is worth stating clearly.

    Blackjack Still Beats Dealer 22

A natural Blackjack is treated differently. Evolution’s published rules state that Blackjack pays 3:2, and the dealer-22 push rule does not downgrade a natural Blackjack into a push. A natural means Ace + 10-value card on the original two-card deal.

It is not the same as reaching 21 after one or more Hits. Likewise, 21 produced after splitting does not become a natural Blackjack.

So, A + K on the initial deal = Blackjack, but split Ace + King = 21, not Blackjack. That distinction matters whenever 3:2 settlement is being discussed.

Six Card Charlie Can End the Hand Early

Infinite Free Bet Blackjack also includes Evolution’s Six Card Charlie rule. If a player reaches six cards while remaining at 21 or below, the hand automatically wins.

Evolution states that this result can even beat a dealer Blackjack, and split hands are evaluated separately for Charlie qualification. For example: 2 + 3 + 2 + 4 + 3 + 4 = 18.

That is six cards without busting. The hand qualifies as Six Card Charlie even though 18 would ordinarily be vulnerable to dealer 19, 20 or 21. Evolution’s factsheet lists the Six Card Charlie main-game payout at: 1:1.

This feature is another reason the Infinite version deserves its own article rather than sharing body copy with seven-seat Free Bet Blackjack.

Infinite Does Not Mean Everyone Makes the Same Decision

A common misunderstanding is that an Infinite blackjack table forces every participant to play one shared decision. It does not. The physical dealer provides the common opening cards, but each player controls their own hand logic afterward.

Evolution describes its Infinite architecture as combining live physical cards with individualized virtual cards, allowing unlimited players to start from the same hand and then diverge. Suppose everyone receives 10 + 6 = 16.

Player A chooses: Stand. Player B chooses: Hit. Player C might have another available action depending on table rules.

The dealer does not need to physically deal a separate live card for every participant. The software handles the personalized continuation after the common starting hand. This is the main difference between Infinite Free Bet Blackjack and a conventional seven-seat Free Bet table.

The Dealer Stands on Soft 17

Evolution’s published Infinite rules use: Hit on 16 or lower; Stand on soft 17 or higher. A soft 17 contains an Ace counted as 11, such as: A + 6.

The dealer stands. This matters because blackjack tables differ on soft-17 policy, and copying a Hit Soft 17 rule from another provider or jurisdiction would change the game mathematics. For the Evolution factsheet configuration, the correct statement is: Dealer stands on soft 17.

    Insurance Remains a Separate Wager

When the dealer shows an Ace, Insurance can be offered. The Insurance stake equals half of the main wager and pays 2:1 if the dealer has Blackjack. For example: Main bet = ₱200; Insurance = ₱100.

If the dealer has Blackjack, the Insurance wager pays according to its own 2:1 rule. It should not be described as modifying the main hand’s card value. Insurance is a separate proposition tied specifically to whether the dealer holds a natural Blackjack.

Side Bets Are Independent From the Free Bet Mechanic

Evolution’s Infinite Blackjack factsheet lists four optional side bets for its Infinite family: Any Pair, 21+3, Hot 3, and Bust It.

They are not the same thing as Free Double or Free Split. A side bet is funded directly by the player before the hand. A Free Bet is a house-funded additional wager attached to a qualifying Double or Split decision.

The Evolution factsheet publishes these theoretical returns:

    Bet

    Evolution Factsheet RTP

    Main Free Bet wager

    98.45%

    Any Pair

    95.90%

    21+3

    96.30%

    Hot 3

    94.60%

    Bust It

    94.12%

The main-game RTP should therefore not be applied to the side bets. The highest listed side-bet payout in that factsheet is 250:1 for a dealer Bust It result involving eight or more cards, but that is not a universal maximum win for Infinite Free Bet Blackjack. It belongs to one optional side-bet result.

Free Bet Value Is Not the Same as Cash Returned

The treatment of the house-funded portion deserves a separate explanation. Suppose a player has a ₱100 original wager plus a ₱100 Free Double.

If the hand wins, the free component generates winnings equivalent to its value. But the casino has not converted that Free Bet chip into ₱100 of player-owned principal that is also returned. This produces a different settlement structure from putting ₱200 of the player’s own money on the table.

The distinction becomes even clearer on a losing Free Split hand. The Free Bet can disappear without reducing the player’s balance by another ₱100 because that second unit never came from the player.

So Free Bet Blackjack changes potential winning exposure without increasing cash loss exposure on those qualifying free actions. That asymmetry is the feature’s real player value.

Why Free Bets Don't Automatically Mean a Higher RTP

The word “free” might suggest that Infinite Free Bet Blackjack should return more than regular Infinite Blackjack. Evolution’s own factsheet shows the opposite Infinite Blackjack — 99.47%; Free Bet — 98.45%; Power Blackjack — 98.80%.

Why? Because Free Double and Free Split add value only when qualifying hands appear. The dealer-22 push rule applies across the game and converts some standard dealer-bust wins into pushes.

The extra player value and the Push 22 penalty are therefore not isolated events. They are two sides of the same mathematical design. A page that talks about “free doubles” without explaining dealer 22 gives an incomplete picture of the game.

Starting an Infinite Free Bet Blackjack Round

Open the 789Bingo live casino section and locate Infinite Free Bet Blackjack. Check the active Help or Rules panel before betting, especially for the deployed RTP, side-bet names and PHP limits.

    1. Place the main wager

Every player joins the same opening live hand. Optional side bets, when available in the deployed version, are separate from the main stake.

    2. Watch the common starting cards

All participants begin from the same initial two-card player hand. The dealer also receives an upcard and a downcard.

    3. Check whether a Free option appears

A hard 9, 10 or 11 can produce Free Double. An eligible pair can produce Free Split.

    4. Choose the hand action

Possible actions include: Hit, Stand, Double, Free Double, Split, and Free Split, depending on the cards and table state.

    5. Play your own continuation

Although everyone began with the same live hand, your later cards and outcome can diverge from other players because each participant controls their own decision path.

    6. Check for Push 22 and Six Card Charlie

A dealer 22 pushes surviving ordinary hands. A qualifying Six Card Charlie is an automatic main-hand win under Evolution’s Infinite rules.

Budget reminder: A Free Double or Free Split adds house-funded wager value, not player-owned cash. Track your actual main bets, paid side bets, Insurance and any paid actions separately.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What is the RTP of Infinite Free Bet Blackjack?

Evolution's Infinite Blackjack factsheet lists the Free Bet main wager at 98.45% optimal theoretical payout, based on the first hand in the shoe.

However, a newer operator-hosted rule document currently shows a 99.25% configuration with different side-bet naming. For 789Bingo, the live in-game rules panel should be checked before publishing the percentage as a configuration-specific fact.

Which hands qualify for Free Double and Free Split?

Evolution offers Free Double on hard 9, 10 and 11. Free Split is available on qualifying pairs except 10-value pairs such as 10s, Jacks, Queens and Kings.

The house supplies the additional matching Free Bet amount.

What happens if the dealer gets 22?

A dealer total of exactly 22 pushes surviving ordinary player hands rather than paying them as dealer-bust wins.

A player who has already busted still loses, while a natural Blackjack remains a win.

What is Six Card Charlie in Infinite Free Bet Blackjack?

Six Card Charlie is an automatic win when a player reaches six cards without exceeding a total of 21.

The exact settlement should follow the rules deployed on the active Infinite Free Bet Blackjack table, so the live in-game rules panel should be checked for the current configuration.

Managing Free Bets and Paid Exposure

The word Free can make a round look less expensive than it actually is. A qualifying Free Double or Free Split does not require the extra cash stake, but the player can still place:

    • the initial main wager;
    • paid side bets;
    • Insurance;
    • ordinary paid Double Downs;
    • paid split actions where available.

Those should all be counted toward total session turnover. Do not increase the next main wager because a dealer 22 converted a likely win into a push. The next hand is not required to compensate for the previous result.

Likewise, a sequence without a Free Double, Six Card Charlie or dealer 22 does not make any of those outcomes due. Set a session bankroll and per-hand limit before play. Use disposable entertainment funds, deposit caps, time limits, timeouts and self-exclusion tools when appropriate. Gambling can be addictive; know when to stop.

Infinite Free Bet Blackjack is particularly useful for comparing how live blackjack variants change risk allocation, not just card rules. Its house-funded doubles and splits, shared Infinite starting hand and dealer-22 trade-off distinguish it from standard tables. Similar dealer-led formats can be compared through the live casino collection.
